The hull of Friends Good Will is an classroom suitable for teaching school children and other
interested groups. This educational environment is lighted and heated
for year round instruction without losing the integrity of its 1810
design. Youth rotate through three learning stations: simple machines (they raise a sail and use the windlass); navigation (they wear compasses around their necks, read charts, and learn to use the tiller); and trade of the 1800's (they trade fur pelts, coins, and tools).
