Sailing Information

Listed below are the guidelines, policies, cancellation, and refund information for sailing aboard Friends Good Will.
NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
No refunds or cancellations. Due to limited availability, cancellations or refunds are only given at the Captain's discretion due to unsafe weather conditions.
CHECK-IN AND BOARDING PROCEDURE
Once you have purchased your tickets online, check in at the Museum Front Desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure. You will receive your boarding token and instructions on where to board the vessel. (Online customers are not required to bring a printed copy of their boarding pass in order to check in.)
PASSENGER FOOD AND USE OF ALCOHOL
No food is allowed on board and only non-alcoholic beverages in plastic containers, no glass, are allowed. Anti-motion sickness devices will be available in the Museum Gift Shop.
ACCESSIBILITY
The ship is not wheelchair accessible. No strollers or coolers are permitted on board.
APPROPRIATE CLOTHING/SHOES
Passengers should bring/wear casual attire, rubber soled shoes, no high heels, light sweater or jacket, as often it is 15-20 degrees cooler out on the lake.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON OR NEAR THE VESSEL
PETS
Pets are not permitted on board with the exception of seeing-eye dogs.
ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS
All injuries and incidents which cause damage to equipment or the vessel, must be reported to the Captain. Each report will be investigated by a designated staff member and an accident report will be filled out.
SAILING WITH CHILDREN
Age Restriction: All children sailing on Friends Good Will must be 4 years of age or older. No infants are permitted onboard during sails.
