Friends Good Will Sailing Information



No Refunds or Cancellations
No refunds or cancellations or exchanges due to limited availability. Refunds are only given when a sail is cancelled by the Museum. All sails are cancelled completely at the Captain's discretion.

Check-In & Boarding Procedure
Once you have purchased your tickets online, print out your ticket vouchers. check in at the Museum Front Desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure and present all of your printed ticket vouchers.  You will receive your boarding token and instructions on where to board the vessel.

Food & Beverage
No food is allowed on board. Only non-alcoholic beverages in plastic containers--no glass--are allowed. Anti-motion sickness medication will be available for purchase in The Ship's Store.

Age Restrictions
All passengers sailing on Friends Good Will must be 4 years of age or older.

The ship is not wheelchair accessible. No strollers or coolers are permitted on board. Seating is "classic 1810s"--that is, on hatch covers or designated steps.

Appropriate Attire
Passengers should bring/wear casual attire, rubber-soled shoes, no high heels, light sweater or jacket, as often it is 15-20 degrees cooler out on the lake. Hats and sunscreen are recommended, as shade is limited and changeable.

No smoking is allowed on/near the vessel or on the Museum campus.

Pets are not allowed on board. Service animals are permitted.
