Guided Museum Tours

Guided tours of the Museum are available for groups of 10 or more. Tours must be booked at least 1 week in advance and are subject to availability. If your group is interested in a guided tour, please contact 269-637-8078 ext. 3 or email for more information on availability and rates.

Due to our new construction of the Maritime Heritage Center, the Museum and all vessels are now CLOSED for the season with plans to reopen in Spring 2022!

Guest Information

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on Museum property including our on-water fleet.

Accessibility: Museum campus and exhibits are handicap accessible with the exception of our on-water fleet and the boarding of historic vessel exhibits. 

Service animals: Service dogs are welcome on the campus of the Michigan Maritime Museum. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 2010 Regulations define a service animal as any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.  Other species of animals, trained or untrained, are not service animals for the purposes of this definition.
