Directions
The Museum is located at 260 Dyckman Avenue on the north side of the drawbridge along the Black River waterfront in South Haven, Michigan. We are less than a 10-minute walk from Downtown South Haven.
Arriving from I-196
- Head west off of the highway on Phoenix St.
- Turn right onto Broadway
- Broadway curves left and becomes Dyckman Ave.
- Cross over the drawbridge
- The Museum is located on the left on the corner of Dyckman Ave. and Black River St.
Arriving from M-43
- Head northwest on M-43
- Turn right (north) on Blue Star Hwy (County road A-2)
- Turn left onto Phoenix St.
- Turn right onto Broadway
- Broadway curves left and becomes Dyckman Ave.
- Cross over the drawbridge
- The Museum is located on the left on the corner of Dyckman Ave. and Black River St.
Parking
The Museum offers free parking to Museum guests in the lot in front of the Museum building and the first 15 spaces along Black River Street directly next to the Museum Campus. Additional street parking is available on both sides of Black River Street (across Dyckman Ave. from the Museum). The Museum is less than a 10 minute walk from downtown South Haven. There are free All Day lots and on street parking available all over South Haven, easy walking distance from the Museum. Click here for a map of South Haven’s free parking.
